Relocation of Patient Support Services - Chicago Campus
Effective Wednesday, December 12, Patient Support Services for Health Service - Chicago will relocate from the Law School to Abbott Hall, Room 703 (710 North Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, IL). This office is for Northwestern students seeking assistance with issues related to using healthcare resources.
This move helps integrate Patient Support Services into the other student services that reside at Abbott Hall, including the Student Health Insurance Office (Abbott Hall, Room 704), Counseling & Psychological Services and Accessible NU. Wendy Weaver, Patient Advocacy Coordinator for the Chicago Campus, looks forward to serving students at the new location.
In addition, Health Service has implemented new technology to improve the management of and response to the growing volume of inquiries Patient Support Services receives. Please email any requests for support to patient.support@northwestern.edu.
