U-Pass Pick-Up Schedule at The Graduate School
If you were not able to pick up your U-Pass transit card during our New Student Orientation, it will be available to pick up at The Graduate School approximately two weeks after your Wildcard photo was submitted online or taken at the Wildcard Office.
(We appreciate your feedback regarding the long wait time in line yesterday and will reevaluate our distribution process for next year.)

Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Please present your Wildcard or a photo ID at our front desk to receive your U-Pass. If you would like to confirm if your U-Pass has arrived prior to stopping by, please email tgs-u-pass@northwestern.edu.
As a reminder, TGS Fall U-Passes will be activated on September 27.
