GPS develops strategic partnerships internal and external to TGS and NU to expand, strengthen, and create new opportunities to support holistic success.
- NPAW and GSAW Collaborative Events: GPS co-hosts and supports the development of various activities during celebration weeks for postdocs and graduate students in collaboration with the TGS Office of Student Life, the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, and the TGS Communication & Engagement Team. During National Postdoctoral Appreciation Week (NPAW) and Graduate Student Appreciation Week (GSAW), TGS puts together curated programming for the students and scholars in our TGS community.
- Recruitment Collaboration and Consultation: GPS invites graduate programs across the university to attend larger conferences to increase program exposure for recruitment. Additionally, GPS hosts recruitment workshops and consultations for programs to triage recruitment efforts and initiate best practices. Email the GPS team for guidance.
- TGS-Affiliated Student Organizations and Campus Partners: Several graduate student organizations and campus partners provide a community of support for graduate students. Explore the wide range of educational, cultural, and social opportunities available to connect with others through meaningful dialogue, activities, and events.
