Postdoc Training Opportunity - Vascular Research Training Program, UW-Madison

The University of Wisconsin - Madison Department of Surgery is recruiting trainees for a T32-funded training program. They are specifically seeking 1) surgical residents who have a research interest in vascular disease and 2) recent or upcoming PhD graduates who are interested in translational research. Their goal is to accelerate the performance of basic, translational, and clinical research for vascular disease by producing future surgeons, scientists, and engineers who will meet the ever-increasing need for innovative treatments for a growing number of patients.

The program will provide trainees with multiple opportunities for research activities and will also foster the development of knowledge, competence, skills, professional attitudes, and experience required for successful academic careers in independent NIH-funded research.

Contact information as well as additional details regarding the program can be found on their website.
