Program Description
Learn how to implement effective teaching strategies in the college classroom through the CIRTL MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) “An Introduction to Evidence-Based STEM Undergraduate Teaching.” Topics include active learning, assessment, and inclusive teaching.
Connect with Northwestern MOOC participants through a MOOC-Centered Learning Community (MCLC) to keep yourself on track with course material and enhance your learning experience.
Register today for both the MOOC and the MOOC-Centered Learning Community (MCLC). The MOOC begins on Sunday, September 29 and the MCLC, which also begins the week of September 29, on both Evanston and Chicago campuses. Evanston MCLCs meet on Fridays from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM and the Chicago campus MCLC meets on Tuesdays from 5:00 - 6:00 PM.
