Unconscious Bias Train-the-Trainer Workshop
This evidence‐based, intensive and dynamic 4-day course provides a hands-on experience that prepares you to deliver an unconscious bias workshop. This unique professional development opportunity is aimed at leaders in academic medicine and other professionals in healthcare and biomedical research who are looking to integrate unconscious bias learning opportunities into their organizations.
Beginning with a highly experiential unconscious bias workshop, participants will be empowered to deliver a two-hour course to employees of their organizations. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of unconscious bias and how to facilitate conversations around how unconscious biases develop, influence perceptions and decision making, and impact institutional diversity and inclusion efforts.
