The Office of Global Safety and Security (OGSS) has made it even easier for graduate students traveling independently to disclose their university-sponsored international travel by creating a SHORT Qualtrics form accessible from the OGSS website. OGSS has presentation materials that can be as short as 10 minutes or as long as an hour.
