ODI Fellows

The Office of Diversity & Inclusion offers an opportunity for current doctoral students to work directly with our office, assisting with diversity and inclusion programming and special projects. This is a paid position for graduate students who are committed to fostering inclusive communities and promoting equity in higher education. As ODI Fellows, students will have the opportunity to develop ODI intiatives, lead programs, and learn more about DEI strategy.

ODI Fellows are critical to the success of our office, serving as graduate student liasians and providing nuanced perspectives of graduate life at Northwestern.

Our office fosters the specific interests of ODI Fellows by offering the space to create and collaborate on diversity programming and inclusive intiatives. We also ensure professional and leadership development and networking opportunities are offered whenever possible.
