Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Registration Now Open

Registration for Summer 2020 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is now open. MBSR, an empirically based approach to mindfulness, is considered the gold standard the world over for personal cultivation of mindfulness practice.  The eight-week program encourages participants in a supportive atmosphere through meditation, mindful movement, and exploration of the science behind these practices. Class size is limited.  

  • Class Times: Tuesdays, June 23 - August 11, 8:30 - 11:00 AM 
  • All-Day Retreat: Saturday, August 1, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Location: Virtual platform (Zoom)
  • Tuition: Students $75 | Employees $175 | Public $275 (Need-based scholarships for students are available.)
