Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Registration Now Open

Registration for spring 2020 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is now open for students, staff, and faculty. MBSR, an empirically based approach to mindfulness, is considered the gold standard around the world for personal cultivation of mindfulness practice. The eight-week program encourages participants in a supportive atmosphere through meditation, mindful movement, and exploration of the science behind these practices.  If you are interested in enrolling, please schedule a 30-minute in-person pre-interview. Sign up and complete your interview by Friday, March 6 for a 10% discount on the tuition! All interviews should be completed by Wednesday, March 25. Class size is limited.  

  • Class Times: Tuesdays, March 31 – May 26, 8:30 - 11:00 AM (no class held on April 28)
  • All-Day Retreat: Saturday, May 9, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Location: Parkes Hall (1870 Sheridan Road, Evanston, IL)
  • Tuition:  Students $100, Employees $195, Public $295 (Need-based scholarships for students are available.)
    Tuition includes a yoga mat and a copy of John Kabat-Zinn’s Full Catastrophe Living.
