Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Registration Now Open

Registration is now open for the winter session of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).  MBSR, an empirically based approach to mindfulness, is considered the gold standard the world over for a personal cultivation of mindfulness practice.  The eight week program encourages participants in a supportive atmosphere through meditation, mindful movement, and exploration of the science behind these practices.  More information can be found on the Religious & Spiritual Life website.

  • 8 week program:  Wednesdays, 5:30 - 8:00 PM, January 15 – March 4, 2020
  • All-Day Retreat:  Saturday, February 22 | 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Tuition:  Students $100 | Employees $195 | Public $295
    (Need-based scholarships for students are available.)

Tuition includes a yoga mat and a copy of John Kabat-Zinn’s Full Catastrophe Living.

Open to all students, employees, and community members. Class size is limited.
