This webinar will cover the importance of defining postdoctoral titles at an institution so postdocs are identified easily and not placed in other titles used for multiple purposes such as instructor. The webinar will also discuss how to establish an appointment and renewal process for postdocs that is used by all entities to ensure postdocs are receiving the same information and policies are followed.
