Mentored Discussions of Teaching (MDT), CIRTL at Northwestern

Mentored Discussions of Teaching (MDT) is a quarter-long program where STEM and social science graduate students and postdocs learn about and discuss teaching and learning in their disciplines. Participants are paired with a faculty mentor to meet with and observe several sessions of their course. Participants also attend three group meetings where they discuss literature about teaching and learning and share their perspectives from their teaching observations.

More information about the program requirements and meeting dates can be found on the program website. Please direct any questions to Lauren Woods (Assistant Director, CIRTL at Northwestern).
