Chicago Campus U-Pass Distribution Day

TGS students who submitted or had their Wildcard photo taken prior to Friday, September 21 will have the opportunity to pick up their U-Passes on the Chicago Campus this Friday. 

This will be the only Chicago Campus distribution day. For more information on the U-Pass, please visit our website. To check on the status of your Ventra Card, please call 847-491-5279.

If you are not able to pick up your U-Pass transit card on Friday or were not able to during our New Student Orientation, it will be available to pick up at The Graduate School Office approximately two weeks after your Wildcard photo was submitted online or taken at the Wildcard Office.

Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please present your Wildcard or a photo ID at our front desk to receive your U-Pass. If you would like to confirm if your U-Pass has arrived prior to stopping by, please email tgs-u-pass@northwestern.edu.

Please Note: Evanston students will NOT be able to pick up U-Passes in Evanston on Friday, September 28. As a reminder, TGS Fall U-Passes will be activated on September 27.
