Mentoring Your Summer Student: An Orientation for Postdocs and PhD Students

This workshop will help postdoctoral fellows and graduate students outline summer projects, set goals with summer advisees, structure interactions, and problem solve as issues arise. The session will also help mentors of summer undergraduate students to develop a "personal style" for mentoring, recognize strengths, and develop a network with other summer mentors.
 
There will be sessions on both campuses:
 
Wednesday, June 13; 11 AM - 1 PM
TGS Commons (2122 Sheridan Road, Room 140), Evanston campus

Thursday, June 14; 10 AM - 12 PM
Daniel Hale Williams Auditorium, McGaw Pavilion (240 E. Huron), Chicago Campus
