BioProfessionals is pleased to present a Pathways to the Professoriate workshop on Applying for Faculty Positions. Join Dr. Shelby Blythe (Molecular Biosciences), Dr. Neha Kamat (Biomedical Engineering) and Dr. Reza Vafabakhsh (Molecular Biosciences) as they discuss their experiences from having recently been on the job market. A variety of topics will be discussed including:
- What makes a competitive candidate
- How to decide where to apply
- What is in the application package
- How search committees evaluate application packages
This workshop will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 from 4 - 5:30 PM in Pancoe 3103 (Evanston).
