Computer Essentials for Social Scientists

This program, running from June 18 - July 31, teaches the principles of successful scientific computing and consists of 7 half-day training sessions with homework. Participants will also be introduced to either the R or Python programming language, and will receive $1,500 upon completion of the training. Additionally, they will have the possibility of joining a social-science-faculty project with one or two quarters of funding. Applications are due by April 30.
