Women as Leaders: Do they Make a Difference? - with Dr. Alice Eagly

Join the Chicago Women in STEM Initiative for a discussion on women's leadership with Dr. Alice Eagly and a brief introduction to our winter-spring quarter mentoring program, STEM Circuits. Interdisciplinary and cross-career level mentoring circles aim to build a diverse and inclusive local community that supports the professional development and advancement of graduate and postdoctoral women in STEM.

Dr. Alice Eagly will speak about her ground-breaking research on women in leadership, followed by a Q&A session, a raffle to win her highly acclaimed book Through the Labyrinth: The Truth About How Women Become Leaders”, and small group discussion!

Registration is now open to all Northwestern affiliates and members of the Chicago Women in STEM Initiative's professional network. Appetizers and refreshments will be served.
