Register for the 2017 Neural Conference

The NEURAL Conference is a 2.5-day event crafted especially for the neuroscience graduate and postdoctoral trainees from underrepresented groups, including students with disabilities. Scientific presentations, professional development & networking are all on the agenda. This conference is a one-of-a-kind, cozy, skill-sharpening experience. The current program can be found here. The Neural Conference has 40 Travel Awards available for *underrepresented, non-local trainees who submit abstracts! Simply submit an abstract by April 20. Travel awards are only offered to *underrepresented graduate trainees, however, all students and postdocs are invited and encouraged to attend!

*Neural Conference Travel Award Criteria for Underrepresented Trainees:

1. Racial and ethnic groups such as blacks or African Americans, Hispanics, Latinos, American Indians, Alaskan Natives, Native Hawaiians, other Pacific Islanders. 

2. Students with disabilities, i.e., who have a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.
