Mindfulness Meditation Drop-In

Open to all students and employees

Guided meditation to cultivate mindfulness and awareness to the present moment without judgement.  This practice includes paying attention to the breath, the entire body, and sounds.  No previous experience is necessary and the first few weeks will offer an introduction to meditation practice for any level of experience.
