Northwestern University Campus Visitation Program
If you have submitted an application to a PhD program in The Graduate School at Northwestern University and you are a member of an under represented minority group, you are encouraged to participate in the Campus Visitation Program. The goal of the program is to allow you to visit Northwestern University to speak with professors in your area of scholarly interest, meet students in the department or program to which you are applying, and tour department facilities, the campus, and the Evanston or Chicago communities.  This program is separate from applicant visits sponsored by individual departments.

To arrange for a visit, communicate directly with the department or program to which you have applied and speak with the admissions officer. As soon as the application for admission has been received and the request for a visit has been approved by the Coordinator of Minority Affairs in The Graduate School, the department/program will contact you to schedule your visit.

Reimbursement may be available. For further information regarding campus visits, contact your department/program or Mario Craigen, Coordinator of Multicultural Affairs, The Graduate School, Northwestern University, 633 Clark Street, Evanston, Illinois 60208-1113; phone: 847-491-5995; email: m-craigen@northwestern.edu.
