Review Submitted Requests

If you’d like to review past requests submitted via the Special Request Tool, please follow the steps below.

  1. Log into the Special Request Tool.
  2. Requests are aid-year specific. To review your submissions, select the appropriate aid year from the drop down when you select “Review Submitted Requests.”
  3. Your requests will fall into one of four categories in the workflow process: Pending, Approved, Declined or Canceled. Pending Requests are still awaiting The Graduate School (TGS) review. Approved Requests have been approved by TGS and the Specials will be or have been entered by TGS. Declined Requests presented incorrect or incomplete information. Canceled Requests have been canceled by the requestor for any number of reasons. (Tip: Within any category you may search for a particular request using the “Search” field. You can also sort by column by selecting the chevron at the top of the column. You have the option of viewing as few as 10 records or as many as 100 records per page.)
  4. For Pending Requests, you may select “View” to view the request, “Edit” to edit and resubmit the request or “Cancel Request” to cancel the request.
  5. For Approved Requests, you may select “View” to view the request or “Modify and Resubmit” to edit and resubmit the request.
  6. For Declined Requests, you may select “View” to view the request or “Edit” to edit and resubmit the declined request.
  7. For Canceled Requests, you may select “View” to view the request.
