Use the Clinical Pharmacology Core to Help with Your Research

Modified: March 29, 2017

The Clinical Pharmacology Core helps investigators address important drug development, preclinical, translational and traditional clinical pharmacology questions by providing the following serivces:

  • Small and large molecule assay development and measurement
  • Study design
  • Assistance with grant and manuscript preparation
  • Pharmacokinetic modeling and simulation
  • Consultative and navigator services

In addtion, the Clinical Pharmacology Core has relationships with outside vendors so that investigators can obtain timely, cost-effective and quality services when they are not available at Northwestern. Recently, the Clinical Pharmacology Core partnered with the Integrated Molecular Structure Education and Research Center (IMSERC) on the Evanston campus on an S10 application to the NIH for a new triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer, which was awarded and will soon be available for use. This partnership with IMSERC enables the Clinical Pharmacology Core to provide enhanced services to investigators on both campuses.
