Change Makers Applications Are Now Open!

Modified: April 12, 2017

Join next year's Change Makers cohort to become an agent of change to create greater inclusion on campus and beyond!

The Women's Center is proud to solicit applications for the fifth cohort of the Change Makers program. This program is an opportunity for Northwestern staff to learn from each other's experiences and to gain insight and understanding from varying unique identities. Change Makers become part of a growing community empowered to become effective agents of change at both Northwestern and at home. They find themselves more critically engaging the various aspects of their identities, and more easily connecting with students and colleagues because of newfound confidence in their capacity to appreciate different facets of identity, inequality, and power.

The Women's Center is currently accepting applications for the 2017-2018 Change Makers staff and faculty cohorts. This program consists of a two-day kick-off in October and monthly meetings over lunch or breakfast throughout the academic year.

Interested staff can find more information in our information sheet and should submit an application to the Women's Center by May 13th at 5:00pm.

Interested faculty can find more information in our call for participants document and should fill out this interest form.

If you have additional questions about this program, please see the Change Makers website or reach out to Alecia Wartowski or any of the Change Makers alumni (listed on the website) for more information about what to expect.

The Women's Center looks forward to working together in the coming year toward creating a culture that is inclusive to all!
