August HR Newsletter: "Understanding Your Adolescent/Teen" and National Work & Family Month

Modified: August 23, 2017

September - "Understanding Your Adolescent/Teen"

October - National Work & Family Month

According to WorldAtWork, National Work & Family Month, established in 2003 and celebrated every October, focuses on the challenges working families face every day. The month is nationally recognized by businesses, academic institutions, federal agencies, members of Congress, work-life advocacy groups and individuals who want to make it easier for employees to succeed at work and at home.

Join the Office of Work/Life & Family Resources, and University partners, for four weeks of special programming, centering on work/life and family topics that impact our community. Visit the Work/Life & Family Resources workshops page , follow @NUWorklife on Twitter, and join the Work/Life & Family Resources Parenting & Caregiving Group on Yammer for more information and to get involved.
