New Fitness Classes for Faculty and Staff Starting Sept. 28

The YourLife Wellness Program in collaboration with Northwestern Recreation, introduces Wellness Wednesdays! This series of events will begin on September 28th with complimentary group exercise classes. A variety of class formats will be offered each Wednesday (8 per quarter) on both the Evanston and Chicago campuses, with each class accommodating all levels of fitness. A certified group exercise instructor will lead the classes from 12:05 - 12:50pm or 5:15-6:00pm. Please Click Here to see the Fall 2016 class schedule.

Class size is limited to 50 participants, and attendance is first come/first serve. Please bring your WILDCARD.
