Lung Cancer Research Foundation Request for Proposals

The Lung Cancer Research Foundation supports research on innovative research focused on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure of lung cancer. The foundation's goal is to fund promising scientific and clinical research initiatives that lead to more positive outcomes and improved quality of life for all lung cancer patients. The Foundation encourages applications for projects investigating a wide variety of research topics, including:

  • Prevention and screening for early detection
  • Identification of new biomarkers and the development of targeted therapies
  • The development of next-generation chemotherapeutic agents
  • Supportive measures for people with lung cancer and their families
  • Quality of care and outcomes research

The program is open to all U.S. and international investigators, including graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, physicians, medical students, and nurse researchers.
