If you are seeking a position as a postdoctoral fellow at Northwestern University, you can either contact the faculty/lab you wish to work with directly or review below a list of open positions posted by faculty at Northwestern.

  • To learn about the work of specific faculty or labs, and the possibility of undertaking postdoctoral work with them you can search the list of academic departments at the university website. 
  • Also, Northwestern faculty may advertise in national journals related to their research; remember to check for position listings in academic publications in your specialty.
  • The NPA has made available a survival guide for international postdocs but many of the topics are useful for any prospective postdoctoral candidate.
