The OPA works closely with leadership in Human Resources, the Offices of Research, Provost Office, International Office, Legal, The Searle Center, Career Services, our partner Schools, Centers and Departmental offices as well as other offices housed within The Graduate School including Student Services, Training Grant Support Office and Multicultural affairs. Additionally, our actions are given direction by an advisory panel of faculty and administrators and round table discussions with PDA leaders and members.
With their help the OPA creates and redefines it’s priorities, plans strategic initiatives, reviews institutional postdoctoral training policies as well as receives immense insight, advise, and critique of best practices and guidelines the OPA develops.
