• Council of Graduate Schools Resolution Regarding Graduate Scholars, Fellows, Trainees and Assistants
• Documentation of Support Memo (for international students)

Forms for Student Aid:

The forms below are to be submitted by department and program staff to The Graduate School Financial Aid Office for review and approval to ensure graduate students receive the appropriate level of funding for fellowships, assistantships, and traineeships.
