- Applied Mathematics: This is a program in the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science. (The Mathematics program is in the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences.)
- Art Theory and Practice: The MFA program does not require the GRE.
- Clinical Psychology: This is a doctoral program in advanced medical education and is housed on the Chicago campus.
- Communication Studies: This program has two specializations: Interaction & Social Influence and Rhetorical Studies. Please enter one of these two as the area of specialization on your application.
- Counseling Psychology: The program offers an interdepartmental master's degree on the Evanston campus. For a doctoral degree, apply to the Department of Psychology.
- Kellogg School of Management: Students applying to doctoral programs requiring the GMAT test score should use the institution code 1546 for Kellogg School of Management

- Mathematics: This is a program in the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences. (The Applied Mathematics program is in the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science.)
- Music: This program offers a doctoral degree only (in music education, musicology, and music cognition). For performance degrees and programs in church music, jazz, composition, music technology, conducting, music theory, and ethnomusicology, do not use this application. Students applying to a performance degree should do so through the School of Music.
- Performance Studies: This program is based in the School of Communication.
- Psychology: This is a doctoral program housed in the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences on the Evanston campus. For a professional master's degree, see Counseling Psychology.
- Public Health (MPH): This is a part-time, evening program only. Are you looking for the MD/MPH program instead?
