Program Description
The Department of Management and Organizations integrates psychological, sociological, and economic perspectives theory of organizations. Faculty and students actively research individual, group, organizational, and interorganizational issues with the goal of advancing the field's understanding of these topics. The program of study requires students to develop substantial understanding of theory and sophisticated methodological and statistical skills.

The PhD Program in Management and Organizations is designed to produce university faculty who are excellent researchers and teachers, especially members of business school faculties. The department's placement record is outstanding.
