Clinical and Translational Research Certificate Requirements

The following requirements are in addition to, or further elaborate upon, those requirements outlined in The Graduate School Policy Guide.

A total of five courses from at least three disciplines will be required for the Clinical and Translational Research Certificate:

  • MSCI/DGP 422: Introduction to Translational Research
  • MSCI 321: Introduction to Biostatistics or approved substitution
  • Three additional courses from the MS in Clinical Investigation curriculum (required or elective lists) or other TGS master’s degrees (with programmatic permission).

Students will be responsible for following TGS procedures to indicate that they have completed requirements for the certificate. Course substitutions or deviations will be approved by the Clinical and Translational Research Program Director.
