The following requirements are in addition to, or further elaborate upon, those requirements outlined in the Student Services section of this Web site.
Coursework Requirements
In addition to fulfilling the graduate degree requirements of another specific department: six courses with African content designed for graduate-level study. At least two of the six courses must be taken in departments other than that of the student's primary academic program.
Other Graduate Certificate Requirements
- Demonstrated linguistic or African language competence.
