Refunds are processed only on payroll adjustment runs. If a student is unable to obtain a copy of their confirmed registration from CAESAR, the Registrar’s Office should be contacted for assistance. If you have any questions concerning the FICA deduction, please contact the Payroll Office at 847/491-7362.
