Graduate and Postdoctoral Learning Workshop: Incorporating Primary Literature into the STEM Classroom

Tuesday, March 13 from 12-1:30 PM at the Searle Center Library. Registration is free but requested. 

Introducing primary literature into the STEM classroom promotes critical thinking and facilitates applied understanding of discovery in STEM. In this workshop, they will discuss the importance of primary literature as a teaching tool. They will also develop strategies to (1) facilitate students' understanding of primary literature, and (2) stimulate discussion of primary literature in the STEM classroom.
