You are beautiful.

Modified: February 2, 2016

Northwestern’s Body Acceptance Week is back February 15-19, 2016. Based on national Eating Disorder Awareness Week, Body Acceptance Week gives students the chance to work towards their most confident selves. All week long the You Are Beautiful arch installation by Matthew Hoffman will be on display at the Law School Atrium.

Also, look out for the Body Affirmation Stations in the Law School Atrium, Sargent Dining Hall, and Henry Crown Sports Pavilion / Norris Aquatic Center throughout the week, and Nourish Your Beautiful Self on Monday, February 15th, 5:00-6:00 p.m., in the Norris Center’s Wildcat Room to learn more about how to feed your body right with a campus dietician. This week is brought to you by Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) in collaboration with Northwestern University Health Service (NUHS), the Women’s Center, Northwestern University Department of Recreation & Athletics and Northwestern Dining. Check out the CAPS website for more information about these and other initiatives this month. Reinvigorate your body confidence this February.

And always remember…You are beautiful.
