Quantification in FIJI/ImageJ (for beginners)

Quantification in FIJI/ImageJ (for beginners) is a hands on workshop that will cover basic quantification techniques such as counting/tracking cells, co-localization & intensity measurements, kymographs, and assembling/labeling a movie with time stamper & arrows, etc. Prior to workshop, participants will need to have installed the latest version of ImageJ/FIJI and download the tutorial images for use during the workshop. Sample files that will be used during the workshop will be sent out with a Dropbox link a few days prior to the workshop. 

The workshop will be Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 12-1:30 PM  in the Baldwin Auditorium, Lurie Research Building, 303 E. Superior Street. Register Here!
