In Summer 2015, Humanities Without Walls organized its first Alternative Academic (Alt-Ac) Career Workshop for graduate students in the humanities. Join the NU Public Humanities Colloquium October 5th as they host Ira Murfin (Theater and Drama), Kantara Souffrant (Performance Studies), Ian Blechschmidt (Rhetoric and Public Culture) and participants from other local universities in a roundtable discussion about their summer experience and how it's shaping their hopes and prospects for a life in the humanities.

HWW thanks the generous sponsorship of the Alice Kaplan Institute for the Humanities. Dinner will be provided. Those interested in applying for the 2015-16 workshop can find more information here.
