Join Northwestern University and Bike to Campus During Bike to Work Week

Modified: June 4, 2015

Join Northwestern University in creating a cleaner and greener community by participating in Bike to Work Week June 12 - 19. Participation is easy, simply log one bike ride to work or class. You can log as many rides as you want, but one ride makes you a contributing team member.

To sign up on the Northwestern University Bike Commuter Challenge team:

  • Go to http://www.bikecommuterchallenge.org/
  • Click the blue button, "Sign Up Now!"
  • Click the second button, "Join a Team."
  • Search for "Northwestern University."
  • Click the green button "Join."
  • Use the password: nubikes
  • Choose "Register for free."
  • Don't forget to log your trips by clicking on the day you rode.

Also, don't miss out on the University Services and Office of Sustainability bike commuter stations to receive a free safety check, lube, and air, eat free snacks, win bike swag, and purchase Kryptonite locks “at cost” from University Police June 16 and 17.

Email Bike Commuter Challenge Team Leader, Elizabeth Adamczyk, with any questions.
