Modified: September 26, 2014

October Workshops: Oct. 2, 9, 23, 30 from 5:15-6:15 pm in Seabury Graduate Commons (140).
October Third Thursday Shows: Oct. 16 at 6 pm in Seabury's Great Room.

SPG Improv is the only improvisational theatre group in The Graduate School (TGS) and is dedicated to learning, teaching, and performing improv in the Northwestern and broader Chicago communities. Their members have guided workshops for graduate students from varying disciplines, such as mathematics, material science, chemistry, applied physics, music, theater, and anthropology.
They hold weekly improvisation workshops on Thursdays from 5:15-6:15 pm in Seabury Graduate Student Commons (140). At these workshops, our troupe guides students through the principles of theatrical improvisation through a variety of games and scene work.  SPG puts on a monthly “Third Thursday” Show at 6 pm in Seabury's Great Room, where they provide entertainment and food.
